The Right to Freedom of Expression Imam Ali

يكي از مقولاتي كه در دنياي معاصر اهميت فراوان يافته و در جهت مشاركت عمومي در جوامع لازم به شمار مي‌آيد، حق آزادي بيان است كه حقي بشري است و در اسناد بين‌المللي متعددي به رسميت شناخته‌شده است. در اين ميان، مصاديق احترام به‌حق آزادي بيان در سيره امام علي (ع) و در كتاب شريف نهج‌البلاغه به‌وفور مشاهده مي‌گردد. ازاين‌رو طي پژوهشي اكتشافي تحليلي حق آزادي بيان در سيره و گفتار آن حضرت به‌عنوان يكي از مؤلفه‌هاي تربيت معنوي كه منجر به ارتقاي سطح سلامت معنوي جامعه مي‌شود، موردبررسي قرار گرفت. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از اين است كه حق آزادي بيان به‌شدت موردتوجه اميرالمؤمنين(ع)، بوده و ايشان بارها و بارها به فرمانداران خود در خصوص احترام به‌حق آزادي بيان شهروندان توصيه نموده‌اند و آن را از شاخصه‌هاي حكمراني مطلوب مي‌دانند. دراين‌بين، از منظر ايشان بيان مطالب در برخي مواقع واجب و در برخي موارد نكوهيده است. از اين منظر جهت نيل به تربيت معنوي آحاد جامعه حدودوثغوري براي آزادي بيان در نظر گرفته‌شده كه سطح سلامت معنوي جامعه را گسترش مي‌دهد.

In the contemporary world one of the important issues which is considered necessary for public participation in community, is the right of freedom of expression that is a human rights and has been recognized in various international instruments. Evidences of respect for freedom of expression on the life of the Imam Ali (as) and the Nahj Al-Balagha holy book is frequently observed. Therefore, the right to freedom of expression in the life and speech of the Imam as one of the components of spiritual education that leads to promoting the level of spiritual health of society was examined in an analytical exploratory study. Research findings indicate that, the right to freedom of expression has been highly regarded by Imam Ali (as), and he has repeatedly advised his governors to respect the right to freedom of expression of citizens and consider it one of the characteristics of good governance. In the meantime, from his point of view, stating the contents is obligatory in some cases and in some cases it is condemned. From this perspective, in order to achieve the spiritual education of members of society, limited has been set for freedom of expression, which expands the level of spiritual health of society.
