نيروگاه برق آبي به عنوان يك منبع پاك انرژي الكتريكي مي توانند نقشي برجسته در توليد برق مورد نياز كشور ايفا كنند . اما با توجه به پيچيدگي هاي موجود در ارتباط با انتخاب محلي مناسب براي احداث اين سازه ها ، بايستي عوامل گوناگون مورد بررسي قرار بگيرند . اين موضوع لزوم مكانيابي تاسيساتي حياتي مانند نيروگاه هاي برق آبي را با در نظر مي گيرد . از نقطه نظر فني مي توان نياز به سيستم هاي پشتيبان تصميم گيري در كارگردهاي عمراني را بسيار تعيين كنند دانست . شروط اوليه و قيود همواره در فرآيندها و امور عمراني مطرح بوده است . بنابراين مي بايست با استفاده از يك روند سيستماتيك اين موارد را در روند تصميم گيري ها لحاظ نمود . به طوري كه انتخاب مكان مناسب براي احداث نيروگاه چه از نظر فني و اقتصادي و چه از لحاظ زيست محيطي بسيار حائز اهميت مي باشد و براي انتخاب بهترين مكان ها ، نياز به اطلاعات زيادي مي باشد . حجم زياد داده ها در اطلاعات مربوط به بررسي مكان هاي مناسب براي اخداث صنعت كه به دو دسته كلي توان اكولوژيكي و اقتصادي منطقه تقسيم مي شود ، ضرورت استفاده از ابزارهاي كمكي الكترونيكي و روش هاي نوين را مطرح مي سازد. لذا با توجه به اهميت موضوع اين تحقيق با هدف تحليل مكان يابي نيروگاه برقي آبي سد كارون 4 در قالب يك مطالعه مروري – كتابخانه اي انجام گرفته است.

As a clean source of electrical energy, hydroelectric power plants can play a prominent role in the production of electricity needed by the country. But according to the complexities in connection with the selection of a suitable location for the construction of these structures, various factors should be investigated. This issue takes into account the necessity of locating critical facilities such as hydropower plants. From a technical point of view, the need for decision-making support systems in construction projects can be considered very decisive. Basic conditions and restrictions have always been mentioned in construction processes and affairs. Therefore, using a systematic process, these items should be included in the decision-making process. Choosing the right place to build a power plant is very important from the technical and economic point of view as well as from the environmental point of view, and a lot of information is needed to choose the best places. The large amount of data in the information related to the investigation of suitable places for industrial construction, which is divided into two general categories of ecological and economic power of the region, suggests the necessity of using electronic aids and new methods. Therefore, according to the importance of the topic, this research has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the location of hydroelectric power plants in the form of a review-library study.
