بررسي تأثير ويژگي‌هاي فناوري‌هاي زنجيره‌تأمين بر عملكرد مديريت ضايعات موادغذايي با نقش واسطه‌اي نوآوري كسب‌ و كار

Investigating the impact of supply chain technology features on waste management performance food with a mediating role of business innovation

نوآوري كسب‌وكار به وسيله ادغام فناوري‌ها و ايجاد سيستم‌هاي هوشمند، نه‌تنها به كاهش ضايعات كمك مي‌كند بلكه به كسب‌وكارها امكان تبديل ضايعات به فرصت‌هاي تجاري و محيطي را مي‌دهد. در اين تحقيق، از سه مؤلفه‌ي دردسترس بودن، يكپارچگي و محرمانگي با نقش ميانجي نوآوري كسب‌وكار براي تأثير بر مديريت ضايعات موادغذايي بهره گرفته شد. در اين راستا، جهت بررسي اثرات بين مؤلفه‌ها، از روش مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري در نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS استفاده شده‌است. نتايج تحقيق، حاكي از آن است كه متغير فناوري‌هاي زنجيره‌تأمين و مؤلفه‌هاي آن، بر عملكرد مديريت ضايعات موادغذايي با نقش واسطه‌اي نوآوري كسب‌وكار تأثير‌گذار هستند.

Business innovation by integrating technologies and creating intelligent systems helps reduce waste and enables businesses to turn waste into business and environmental opportunities. This research used the three components of availability, integrity and confidentiality with the mediating role of business innovation to influence food waste management. In this regard, the structural equation modeling method has been used in the Smart-PLS software to investigate the effects between the components. The results of the research indicate that the variable of supply chain technologies and its components affect the performance of food waste management with the mediating role of business innovation.
