ارزيابي تأثير مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار بر عملكرد كسب و كار الكترونيك (مطالعه موردي: سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان اصفهان)

Evaluating sustainable chain management on e-business performance (Case study: Isfahan Province Agricultural Jihad Organization)

چكيده پژوهش حاضر جهت ارزيابي تأثير مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار بر عملكرد كسب و كار الكترونيك انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي و از نظر هدف، كاربردي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه كاركنان سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان اصفهان به تعداد 40 نفر تشكيل داده‌اند. حجم نمونه بر اساس رابطه كوكران برابر با ۳5 نفر برآورد شد و اين تعداد به شيوه نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده از بين جامعه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، دو پرسشنامه استاندارد مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار و كسب و كار الكترونيك در مقياس پنج ارزشي ليكرت با ضرايب پايايي مناسب و مطلوب بوده است. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون هاي ميانگين انجام شده است. براي شناسايي ابعاد تشكيل دهنده مؤلفه هاي اصلي و اطمينان از صحت مدل هاي اندازه گيري متغيرها از تحليل عاملي تائيدي مرتبه اول استفاده شده است. در پايان، نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه تمام ابعاد مديريت زنجيره تأمين پايدار بر عملكرد كسب و كار الكترونيك تأثير مثبت و معنادار دارند.

Abstract The current research was conducted to evaluate sustainable chain management on the performance of e-business. The research method is practical in terms of information gathering, description and purpose. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the employees of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Isfahan Province, numbering 40 people. The sample size was calculated based on Cochran s relation equal to 35 people and this number was selected from the statistical population by simple random sampling method. The tool of data collection is two standard questionnaires of sustainable chain management and e-business considering five Likert values with a suitable and desirable reliability coefficient. Data analysis has been done with SPSS software and using evaluation tests. First-order confirmatory factor analysis is used to identify the constituents of the main components and ensure the accuracy of the measurement models. In the end, the results of the data analysis showed that all its chain management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of e-business.
