در پژوهش حاضر سعي شده است كه ديد كاملي از كيفيت زندگي كاري ارائه شود و چهار بخش صنعت، خدمات شهرداري ، آموزش و معدن به وسيله TOPSIS رتبه بندي شود تا مشخص شود كاركنان كدام يك از اين چهار بخش از كيفيت زندگي كاري بهتري برخوردارند. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش از چهار بخش صنعت، خدمات شهرداري، آموزش و معدن بوده است . در بخش خدمات از70 نفر از شاغلين در شهرداري بهارستان، در بخش آموزش از 70نفراز معلمان ابتدايي، دربخش صنعت از 70نفر از شاغلين دو واحد صنعتي توليدي، در بخش معدن 50نفر از شاغلين يك معدن بوده است. نمونه ها به صورت تصادفي انتخاب شده اند. روش تحقيق ميداني است و ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه مي باشد.

Research, the appropriate model of providing revenue resources of Baharestan Municipality, which is suitable according to urban management issues and urban economy of Iran and has the ability to be implemented, has been examined as the main problem of the research. Therefore, firstly, the most important methods of providing sustainable income sources of Baharestan municipality and the main influential criteria for choosing the appropriate income providing method were extracted through library and field study. Then, through a questionnaire based on the Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method, the preferences of financial experts were extracted through paired comparisons of criteria and methods of providing income to each of the research criteria. Finally, with the help of paired comparison data extracted from the questionnaire, the relative weights of the influential criteria were obtained
