Evaluating the effectiveness of organizational training ,an effective step towards quality assurance

تحولات و تغييرات مستمر، عدم قطعيت، غيرقابل پيش بيني بودن و ابهام در وقوع رويدادها و همچنين ايجاد و توسعه فناوري هاي مدرن به صورت پويا، همگي باعث توجه به موضوع كيفيت گرديده است. از طرفي يكي از عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء كيفي عملكردها و محصولات آموزش كاركنان مي باشد. اهميت و ضرورت آموزش در پيشبرد اهداف كيفي يك سازمان موجب شده است تا ارزيابي اثربخشي برنامه هاي آموزشي به عنوان يكي از اركان موثر در اطمينان پذيري كيفيت مورد توجه قرار گيرد. مقاله حاضر با هدف برجسته سازي امر ارزيابي اثربخشي آموزش هاي سازماني و اثبات تاثير آن در ارتقاء اطمينان پذيري كيفيت انجام گرفته است. يافته ها نشان دادند كه كيفيت ناشي از امر آموزش ، تابعي از ميزان اثربخشي آن در سطوح مختلف مي باشد. ضمن آنكه اطمينان بخشي به كيفيت هم با افزايش اثربخشي ارتقاء مي يايد.

Continuous developments and changes, uncertainty, unpredictability and ambiguity in the occurrence of events, as well as the creation and development of modern technologies in a dynamic manner, all have caused attention to the issue of quality. On the other hand, one of the effective factors in improving the quality of functions and products is employee training. The prevalence and necessity of training in advancing the quality aims of an organization has led to the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs as one of the effective elements in the reliability of quality. This article aims to highlight the effectiveness of organizational training and prove its effectiveness in improving quality reliability. The findings showed that the quality of education is a function of its effectiveness at different levels. At the same time, quality is also improved by increasing effectiveness.
