در دنياي پرتلاطم امروز، بسياري از كسب و كارها در حال روي آوردن به منابع محدودي هستند كه در اختيار دارند. از طرفي سازمان‌ها نيز براي حضور در چرخه رقابت، دائما عملكرد عملياتي انعطاف‌پذيري فعاليت‌هاي تجاري خود را بازبيني و اصلاح مي نمايند. مديريت فرايند كسب و كار اين توانايي را در سازمان ايجاد مي ‌كند تا اجراي سناريوهاي موفقيت را با شناخت بهتر و جزييات بيشتري انجام دهند. از اين رو تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي رويه انبارش با روش APQC انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از چارچوب طبقه‌بندي فرايند مي‌توان براي فراهم آوردن مواردي چون: تهيه چارچوب و چك ليست فرآيندهايي كه بايد هنگام استفاده از تعيين دامنه پروژه‌هاي مرتبط با فرايند استفاده شود. مبنايي براي ساختن منابع فرايندي با استفاده از ابزارهاي پيچيده‌اي همچون شيرپوينت يا بهره ‌گيري از مجموعه‌اي ساده از پوشه‌ ها در يك درايو شبكه مشترك. تهيه نقطه شروع يك پروژه مستندسازي فرايند با ارائه فهرستي كامل از فرايند ها.

In today s fast-paced world, many businesses are turning to the limited resources they have. On the other hand, organizations constantly review and modify the flexibility of their business activities in order to participate in the competition cycle. Business process management creates this ability in the organization to implement success scenarios with better knowledge and more details. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the warehouse procedure with the APQC method. The results of the research showed that the process classification framework can be used to provide things such as: preparation of the framework and checklist of processes that should be used when determining the scope of projects related to the process. A basis for creating process resources using complex tools such as SharePoint or using a simple set of folders on a shared network drive. Preparation a starting point for a process documentation project by providing a complete list of processes.
