Improving of sample inspection in purchasing quality control

امروزه در چرخه تحقق كيفيت و مشتري‌ مداري با حساسيت بيشتري گرايش به حصول كيفيت در تمامي مراحل توليد، تامين تا مرحله خريد احساس مي شود. اين موضوع نشان دهنده لزوم توجه بيشتر و موثرتر به فعاليت هاي كنترل كيفي از جمله نمونه برداري در سازمان هاي صنعتي و لجستيكي متولي تامين و خريد در كشور است. در اين مقاله سعي شده است با نگاهي جامع به موضوع نمونه برداري و بازرسي نمونه اي و روش هاي اجرايي آن از طرف دستگاه خريدار و حوزه كنترل كيفيت خريد عوامل موثر و راه هاي بهبود نمونه برداري تا حصول شرايط كيفي مطلوب مشخص شود. در ادامه جهت معرفي و بهبود شرح وظايف تيم كنترل كيفيت خريد در عمليات بازرسي نمونه اي، مدل پيشنهادي در بازرسي نمونه اي آمده است. به نظر مي رسد با شناسايي و بهبود وظايف كنترل كيفيت خريد در حوزه نمونه برداري و انجام بازرسي-هاي لازم، گام هاي موثري جهت حصول شرايط كيفي در تامين و خريد فراهم شود.

Today, in the cycle of achieving quality and customer orientation, the tendency to achieve quality is felt with greater sensitivity in all stages of production, supply and purchase. This issue shows the need to pay more and more effective attention to quality control activities including sampling in industrial and logistics organizations in charge of supply and purchase in the country. In this article, an attempt has been made to determine the effective factors and ways to improve sampling to achieve the desired quality conditions by taking a comprehensive look at the issue of sampling and sample inspection and its implementation methods from the purchasing department and the field of purchasing quality control. Next, in order to introduce and improve the description of the tasks of the purchase quality control team in the sample inspection operation, the proposed model in the sample inspection is given. It seems that by identifying and improving purchasing quality control tasks in the area of sampling and conducting necessary inspections, effective steps can be taken to achieve quality conditions in supply and purchasing.
