چكيده فارسي :
آموزش عالي هسته اصلي توسعه پايدار كشور است و دانشگاه به عنوان مرجع علمي، آموزشي و تحقيقاتي نقش مشروعيت بخشي به فرآيند ايجاد توسعه پايدار در جامعه جهاني، ملي و محلي را دارد. ارتقاء كيفيت آموزش و يادگيري از دغدغه هاي اصلي نظام هاي آموزش عالي و البته مهم ترين آنهاست. مديريت دانش به عنوان ابزار كليدي در آموزش عالي نوين، راهبردي سيستماتيك براي فرآيندهاي تعريف، دست‌يابي، انتقال و به كارگيري اطلاعات و دانش توسط اساتيد و دانشجويان است كه موجب ايجاد نوآوري، توانايي رقابت و ارتقاي كيفيت و بهره‌وري آموزشي مي‌شود و ضمن كمك به حل مشكلات آموزشي به تصميم‌گيري، برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي و يادگيري پويا كمك مي كند و از زوال دارايي‌هاي دانشي و ذهني جلوگيري كرده و به توسعه مرز دانش نيز كمك مي نمايد.هدف از نگارش اين مقاله تبيين كاركردهاي مديريت دانش در ارتقاء كيفيت آموزشي در مراكز آموزش عالي از طريق استقرار و بكارگيري آن در دانشگاههاست.مديريت دانش از طريق چرخه خلق دانش ، تسهيم و به اشتراك گذاري دانش ، ايجاد و توسعه سرمايه هاي فكري ، دروني سازي دانش ، اجتماعي كردن دانش ، ذخيره و ثبت دانش ، بهبود فرآيند آموزشي و ايجاد سازمان يادگيرنده به ارتقاء كيفيت آموزشي كمك مي نمايد.

Higher education is the main core of the country s sustainable development, and the university as a scientific, educational and research authority has the role of legitimizing the process of creating sustainable development in the global, national and local society. Improving the quality of education and learning is one of the main concerns of higher education systems and of course the most important. Knowledge management as a key tool in modern higher education is a systematic strategy for the processes of defining, obtaining, transferring and applying information and knowledge by professors and students, which creates innovation, competitiveness, and improves educational quality and productivity, while helping to solve educational problems. It helps in decision-making, strategic planning and dynamic learning and prevents the deterioration of intellectual and intellectual assets and helps in the development of the frontier of knowledge.
