سنجش سبك هاي يادگيري دانش پژوهان دوره هاي استانداردسازي و كيفيت: مورد مطالعه مركز آموزش و علوم هوانوردي شركت هسا

Evaluate the trainees style learning for the standardization and quality courses: Case study Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries Co. (HESA) Training

هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش سبك هاي يادگيري دانش پژوهان دوره هاي استانداردسازي و كيفيت شركت هسا در سال 1400-1401 مي باشد. بدين منظور 90 نفر از اين جامعه آماري به عنوان نمونه تحقيق با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه سبك يادگيري كلب استفاده گرديد. پرسشنامه از لحاظ روايي داراي روايي محتوايي و صوري بوده و براي پايايي آنها نيز از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه پايايي پرسشنامه سبك يادگيري 87/0 بدست آمد. براي تحليل نتايج اين پژوهش، از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد بين سبك هاي يادگيري دانش پژوهان توليدي و طراحي اختلاف وجود دارد. همچنين بين سبك‌هاي يادگيري دانش پژوهان توليدي و طراحي براساس سن تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this research was to study evaluate the trainees style learning for the standardization and quality courses at the Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries Co. (HESA) in the year 2021-2022. The participants of this study were 90 persons from this statistical society were selected as the research sample via categorized random sampling according to the sample size. The Kolb learning style questionnaire was used for collecting data. From the validity point of view, this questionnaire has the content and apparent validity and for their reliability the Chornbach’ alpha coefficient was used in which the coefficient 0.87 was obtained for the reliability of the learning style questionnaire. The descriptive and inferential statistical style were used for analyzing the results of this research. Results showed that there were differences between learning style of the manufacturing units and designing units’ trainees. There was also distinguishable difference between learning style of the manufacturing units and designing units’ trainees on the basis of the age.
