عارضه يابي و ارائه راه كارهاي پياده سازي سيستم مديريت كيفيت مبتني بر ايزو 9001-2015 در صنايع بازيافت و ذوب تبديلي

Diagnosing complications and providing solutions for the implementation of the quality management system based on ISO 9001-2015 in recycling and conversion smelting industries

مراحل اخذ ايزو 9001 در همه استاندارد ها تقريبا مشابه مي باشد ولي در اجرا بسته به نوع سازمان و محصول يا خدماتي كه ارائه مي دهند تفاوت هاي ساختاري زيادي دارند بطوري كه بسياري از سازمان ها ممكن است قادر به اجرا و پياده سازي تعدادي از بندهاي ايزو در سازمان نباشند. پژوهش حاضر از طريق عارضه يابي صنايع بازيافت و ذوب تبديلي راهكارهايي بر اساس ايزو 9001-2015 جهت پياده سازي سيستم مديريت كيفيت در شركت توسعه منابع انرژي ارائه مي دهد. هدف پژوهش شناسايي عارضه ها و بيان تفاوت ها و تمايزات بين روش توليد و چيدمان سازماني در صنايع بازيافت و ذوب تبديلي مطالعه موردي گروه شهيد عارفي سازمان توسعه منابع انرژي ،گروه شهيد عارفي و ساير خطوط توليد متداول و متعارف است. همچنين ارائه راه حل و روش اجرايي بومي سازي شده جهت استقرار و پوشش حداكثري بندهاي نظام نامه ي ايزو9001 بر فرايند ها و محصولات در صنايع بازيافتي و ذوب تبديلي مي باشد. در اين راستا با استفاده از مطالعات ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي، به كمك تكنيك غربالگري فازي 7 بند از نظام نامه ي ايزو 9001 -2015 كه قابليت پياده سازي در گروه عارفي را نداشتند استخراج شده و با روش دلفي فازي جايگزين هايي براي اين بندهاي نظام نامه با توجه به نظر خبرگان ارائه شده است و بر اساس نتايج حاصل، راه كارهايي براي پياده سازي ايزو 9001- 2015 در اين صنايع ارائه گرديده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 10 نفر از خبرگان كيفيت و ميزان استقرار ايزو 9001-2015 در گروه شهيد عارفي مي باشند.

The procedures for obtaining ISO 9001 are almost similar in all standards, but depending on the type of organization and the product or service they provide, there are many structural differences in implementation, so that many organizations may be able to implement a number of ISO clauses in not be an organization. The present research provides solutions based on ISO 9001-2015 for the implementation of quality management system in the energy resources development company through problem solving of recycling and conversion smelting industries. The purpose of the research is to identify the complications and express the differences and distinctions between the production method and organizational layout in the recycling and smelting industries (case study of Shahid Arefi Group of Energy Resources Development Organization, Shahid Arefi Group) and other common and conventional production lines. It is a localized implementation method to establish and cover the maximum clauses of the ISO 9001 system on processes and products in recycling and smelting industries. In this regard, by using field and library studies, with the help of fuzzy screening technique, 7 clauses of the ISO 9001-2015 system letter, which were not able to be implemented in Arefi Group, were extracted, and with the fuzzy Delphi method, alternatives were found for these clauses of the system letter with Attention has been given to the opinions of experts and based on the results, solutions have been presented for the implementation of ISO 9001-2015 in these industries. The statistical population of this research is 10 quality experts and auditors of ISO 9001-2015 implementation in Shahid Arefi Group
