بررسي كاركردگراي مهندسي ارزش در توليد مصنوعات چوبي (مطالعه موري ميز تحرير)

A functionalist study of value engineering in the production of wooden products (case study: desk)

امروزه با توجه به تشديد رقابت هاي اقتصادي كشورها و تاثير آن بر مراودات سياسي و تغييرات روز افزون بهره وري براي سهم بيشتر در بازارهاي بين المللي، مفهوم رقابت پذيري به عنوان مهم ترين شاخص هاي موفقيت مطرح است. از اين رو ضرورت توجه به كيفيت و قيمت براي تصميم گيران هر سازمان يا واحد توليدي از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. مهندسي ارزش يكي از موفق ترين متدولوژي هاي حل مساله، كاهش هزينه و بهبود عملكرد و كيفيت است. رويكرد كاركردگرا و سيستماتيك مهندسي ارزش در شناسايي كاركردهاي ضروري و حذف كاركردهاي غيرضروري و سرعت بالاي به نتيجه رسيدن آن از وجوه تمايز آن در مقايسه با ديگر تكنيك ها و روش هاي مهندسي است. در اين راستا توجه به خواسته مشتريان و جايگزيني مواد و روش مونتاژ با هدف كاهش هزينه و حفظ كيفيت مي تواند گامي موثر در باقي ماندن سازمان ها در صحنه رقابت باشد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از تئوري هاي مهندسي ارزش، كاركردهاي توليد يكي از مصنوعات چوبي (ميز تحرير) بررسي و با رسم دياگرام FAST جهت شناسايي كاركردهاي اصلي و فرعي و نقش هر يك از كاركردها اقدام شده است.

Today, due to the intensification of economic competition between countries and its impact on political relations and the increasing changes in productivity for a greater share in international markets, the concept of competitiveness is considered as the most important indicators of success. Therefore, the need to pay attention to quality and price is of special importance for the decision makers of any organization or production unit. Value engineering is one of the most successful methodologies for solving problems, reducing costs and improving performance and quality. The functionalist and systematic approach of value engineering is in identifying essential functions and removing unnecessary functions and the high speed of achieving its results is one of its distinguishing features compared to other engineering techniques and methods. In this regard, paying attention to customers demands and replacing materials and assembly methods with the aim of reducing costs and maintaining quality can be an effective step in keeping organizations in the competitive scene. In this research, using value engineering theories, the production functions of one of the wooden artifacts (writing desk) have been examined and FAST diagram has been drawn to identify the main and secondary functions and the role of each function.
