بررسي تاثير 6 سيگما، صنعت 4.0 و سيستم هاي مديريت كيفيت بر روي كيفيت وبهره وري كار در صنايع توليدي: مطالعه موردي صنايع خودرو سازي

Investigating the impact of 6 Sigma, Industry 4.0 and quality management systems on quality and work productivity in manufacturing industries: a case study of automotive industries

هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي، ارزيابي و سنجش تاثير استقرار تكنولوژي صنعت 4.0، شش سيگما و سيستم هاي مديريت كيفيت بر روي كيفيت و بهره وري كار در صنايع توليدي است. براي تجزيه و تحليل تاثيرگذاري پياده سازي اين مفاهيم از داده هاي مربوط به 5 كارخانه توليدي در صنعت خودرو سازي در كشور استفاده مي كنيم. به اين صورت كه جمعيت اين تحقيق تمامي مديران بالادستي صنعت خودرو سازي مي باشد و نمونه هاي تحقيق با استفاده از يك روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب مي شوند. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسش نامه هاي طراحي شده جهت اين تحقيق استفاده مي شود و براي پاسخ گويي به سوالات بين خبرگان اين حوزه توزيع مي گردد. تعداد پرسش نامه هاي معتبر و ورودي در تحقيق 208 نمونه بوده است كه قبل از توزيع به ارزيابي پايايي و روايي آنها مي پردازيم. براي پردازش اطلاعات، تحليل اثرات مفاهيم صنعت 4.0، شش سيگما و سيستم هاي مديريت كيفيت بر روي كيفيت و بهره وري كار و ارزيابي مدل ساختاري تحقيق از معيارهاي ضريب مسير، اندازه اثر، مقادير پيش بين و شاخص نيكويي برازش استفاده مي شود و سپس آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق طبق مدل مفهومي ارائه شده انجام مي شود. در نهايت به ارائه و تحليل نتايج و اثرات بدست آمده پرداخته مي شود.

The purpose of this research is to investigate, evaluate and measure the impact of the establishment of Industry 4.0 technology, Six Sigma and quality management systems on the quality and productivity of work in manufacturing industries. To analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of these concepts, we use the data of 5 manufacturing plants in the automotive industry in the country. In this way, the population of this research is all the upstream managers of the automotive industry and the research samples are selected using a random sampling method. Questionnaires designed for this research are used to collect information and are distributed among experts in this field to answer the questions. The number of valid and input questionnaires in the research has been 208 samples, which we evaluate their reliability and validity before distribution. To process information, analyze the effects of Industry 4.0 concepts, Six Sigma and quality management systems on work quality and productivity, and evaluate the structural model of the research, the criteria of path coefficient, effect size, predictive values, and goodness of fit index are used, and then the test Research hypotheses are carried out according to the presented conceptual model. Finally, the results and effects obtained are presented and analyzed.
