Prioritization of workforce attributes in the field of industrial Internet of Things based on the Fuzzy Codas

پژوهش حاضر، به شناخت عوامل موثر در ارتقاي كارآمدي نيروي انساني و رتبه بندي اين عوامل كليدي در صنعت خودرو با لحاظ مولفه هاي اينترنت اشياء صنعتي مي پردازد از اين رو هدف پژوهش تحليل ويژگي هاي نيروي كار مرتبط با اينترنت اشياء صنعتي در صنعت خودرو مي باشد. پيشرفت تكنولوژي انقلاب هاي مختلفي را در صنعت نشان مي دهد و اينترنت اشياء صنعتي يك چالش براي صنايع در انقلاب صنعتي چهارم محسوب مي شود و نيروي كار با چنين چالشي اهميت پيدا مي كند بنابراين ويژگي هاي نيروي كار براي افزايش عملكرد در محيط صنعت 4 بايد شناسايي شوند.در اين پژوهش به تجزيه تحليل هفت ويژگي نيروي كار بر اساس ده معيار مي پردازد. در ابتدا معيارها و ويژگي ها بعد از استخراج از پژوهش هاي پيشين، به وسيله ي ارزيابي خبرگان و تكنيك دلفي فازي انتخاب مي شود سپس اهميت معيارهاي مربوطه را با استفاده از تكنيك ديمتل تجديدنظر شده و اولويت بندي ويژگي هاي نيروي كار با استفاده از كوداس فازي اجرا مي شود.در نهايت مي توان گفت كه نتايج پژوهش به اين صورت نشان مي دهد كه معيار رهبري مهمترين معيار مي باشد و ويژگي كليدي، آمادگي براي يادگيري و پذيرش مهارت جديد انتخاب شده است.

The present study deals with the recognition of the effective factors in improving the efficiency of workforce and the ranking of these key factors in the automotive industry in terms of the components of the Internet of Industrial Things, Therefore, the purpose of the research is to analyze workforce attributes related to the Internet of Industrial Things and the industry 4.0 in the automotive industry.The advancement of technology shows various revolutions in the industry, and the Internet of Industrial Things is considered a challenge for industries in the fourth industrial revolution, and the workforce becomes important with such a challenge,Therefore, workforce attributes should be identified to increase performance in the industry 4 environment. In this research, it analyzes seven workforce attributes based on ten criteria. At first, the criteria and characteristics are selected after extracting them from previous researches, by means of expert evaluation and the fuzzy Delphi technique, Then, the importance of the relevant criteria using revised Dimtel and the prioritization of workforce attributes is implemented using Fuzzy Codas.Finally, it can be said that the research results show that the leadership criterion is the most important criterion and the readiness to learn and accept the new skill is chosen as key attribute
