بررسي عوامل مؤثر در ارزيابي و ارتقاء سلامت، ايمني و محيط‌زيست با روش تحليل مضمون، موردمطالعه آزمايشگاه‌هاي دانشكده شيمي پرديس علوم دانشگاه تهران

Investigating the effective factors in promoting health, safety, and the environment with the thematic analysis method, studied by the laboratories of the Faculty of Chemistry and Faculty of Science, University of Tehran

در دهه‌هاي اخير، به دليل توسعه سريع علم و فناوري، اهميت حفظ سلامت، ايمني و حفاظت از محيط‌زيست در آزمايشگاه‌هاي شيمي بيش‌ازپيش مشهود شده است. به دليل خصوصيات خطرناك بسياري از مواد شيميايي و تأثيرات نامطلوب محتمل بر سلامت انساني و محيط‌زيست، تضمين ايمني و اجراي نظام HSE در اين آزمايشگاه‌ها بيش‌ازپيش اهميت پيدا كرده است. هدف: در اين مطالعه، هدف شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء مديريت HSE در آزمايشگاه‌هاي دانشكده شيمي دانشگاه تهران است كه داراي 35 آزمايشگاه با فعاليت‌ها و اهداف مختلف مي‌باشند. روش تحقيق: براي تحقق اين هدف، از روش تحقيق كيفي بهره جسته‌ايم. در پژوهش كيفي با روش تحليل مضمون با رويكرد گلوله‌برفي براي انتخاب نمونه‌ها و از روش اشباع مضامين به‌عنوان استانداردي براي پايان نمونه‌گيري استفاده‌شده است كه از دو منبع ادبيات نظري و مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته، مضامين احصاء گرديد؛ روايي مصاحبه‌ها با نظر 15 مسئول آزمايشگاه، مورد تأييد قرار گرفته و براي تأييد پايايي مصاحبه‌ها، روش بازآزمايي استفاده شد. كه با 88% پايايي آن مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. نتايج: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر سيستم ارتقاء و استقرار HSE در قالب 4 مضمون فراگير فردي، ساختاري، فرايندي و ابزاري شناسايي شدند. عوامل فردي و فرايندي سريع‌ترين و ارزان‌ترين عوامل در الويت بندي و اجراي نظام HSE در آزمايشگاه است. ازاين‌رو دانشگاه‌ها و آزمايشگاه‌ها قبل از انتخاب راه‌حل‌هاي طولاني و پر هزينه، توصيه مي‌شود به عوامل فردي و فرايندي توجه بيشتري نمايند.

In recent decades, due to the rapid development of science and technology, the importance of maintaining health, safety, and environmental protection in chemical laboratories has become more evident. Due to the dangerous properties of many chemicals and possible adverse effects on human health and the environment, ensuring safety and implementing the HSE system in these laboratories have become more important than ever. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the improvement of HSE management in the laboratories of the Tehran University Chemistry Faculty, which has 35 laboratories with different activities and goals. Research method: To achieve this goal, we used a qualitative research method. In the qualitative research, the theme analysis method was used with the snowball approach to select the samples, and the theme saturation method was used as a standard at the end of the sampling. The validity of the interviews was confirmed by the opinions of 15 laboratory officials, and the retest method was used to confirm the reliability of the interviews. which was confirmed with 88% reliability. Results: The results of the research showed that the effective factors in the HSE promotion and establishment system were identified in the form of four overarching themes: individual, structural, process, and tool. Individual and process factors are the fastest and cheapest factors in prioritizing and implementing the HSE system in the laboratory. Therefore, before choosing long and expensive solutions, universities and laboratories are recommended to pay more attention to individual and process factors.
