از آنجا كه سرمايه انساني اصلي ترين برآيند و محصول مدل هاي توسعه منابع انساني است. در اين عصر كشورهاي پيشتاز و پيشگام نقش خود را در حفظ و ارزش نهادن به نيروي انساني جهت توليد و بهره جويي بيشتر قرار داده اند. نقش جوانان و نخبگان تصميم-ساز در فرآيند توسعه سرزميني بسيار مهم مي باشد. اسلام به عنوان يك دين تام، فراگير و مفصل؛ توسعه معنوي، حيثت، منزلت وكرامت ذاتي انسان را اساس دستورات الهي خود قرار داده است. با نگاهي به تاريخ صدر اسلام مشاهده مي شود كه با بعثت پيامبر(ص) تمدن اسلامي در برابر جاهليت شكل گرفت و همچنين انقلاب اسلامي ايران به رهبري امام خميني(ره) در برابر جاهليت مدرن احياي تمدن اسلامي نبي مكرم(ص) بوده است. بديهي است كه اين تمدن سازي ها چه در زمان صدر اسلام و چه درزمان انقلاب اسلامي نياز به كساني داشتند و دارند كه ياري گر رهبران خود باشند. نتايج به دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه از ميان اين افراد هميشه نسل جوان بودند، كه بهترين نقش ها را ايفا كردند. از آنجايي كه انقلاب اسلامي احياگر تمدن اسلامي زمان پيامبر(ص) است، اين مهم ضروريست كه نقش جوانان صدر اسلام و جوانان انقلاب اسلامي در ايجاد تمدن نوين اسلامي بيان شود؛ چراكه به خواست خدا اين تمدن اسلامي كه غايت تمدن صدر اسلام است تا ظهور حضرت مهدي (عج) ادامه خواهد داشت پژوهش حاضر با روش به روش اسنادي توصيفي و جمع آوري مطالب بر اساس كتابخانه اي و شبكه اينترنت صورت گرفته است، بنابراين هدف اين پژوهش تبيين جايگاه و نقش جوانان در شاكله دفاعي تمدن نوين اسلامي است.

Is. It is obvious that these civilizations needed people to help their leaders, both during the time of the rise of Islam and during the Islamic Revolution. The obtained results indicate that among these people, it was always the young generation who played the best roles.
