چكيده فارسي :
سازمان تأمين اجتماعي ايران سازمان بيمه‌گر اجتماعي عمومي غيردولتي است. اين سازمان، وظيفه ي پوشش اجباري بيمه كارگران، حقوق‌بگيران و پوشش اختياري صاحبان حِرَف و مشاغل دولتي و آزاد و مسئوليت تأمين رفاه اجتماعي افراد جامعه را برعهده دارد. تعهدات اين سازمان برابر استانداردهاي تعيين شده به وسيله سازمان بين‌المللي كار و سازمان بين‌المللي تأمين اجتماعي تنظيم شده‌و شامل مستمري بازنشستگي، مستمري از كار افتادگي، مستمري بازماندگان، مقرري بيمه بيكاري، غرامت دستمزد ايام بيماري، غرامت دستمزد ايام بارداري، پرداخت هزينه وسايل كمك پزشكي، كمك هزينه ازدواج، كمك هزينه كفن و دفن بر عهده دارد. در حكومت مهدوي، اين نهاد از دو منظر رفاهي و سياسي نقش مهمي ايفا خواهد كرد. از منظر رفاهي، سازمان تأمين اجتماعي وظيفه تأمين نيازهاي اساسي افراد جامعه، مانند تأمين سلامت، كمك هزينه مسكن، بازنشستگي، حمايت از افراد آسيب‌پذير جامعه، مانند بازنشستگان، زنان سرپرست خانوار و كودكان بي‌سرپرست، خانواده هاي قشر كارگر و حمايت از كارفرمايان را بر عهده خواهد داشت.از منظر سياسي، سازمان تأمين اجتماعي ابزاري براي تحقق عدالت اجتماعي خواهد بود. اين نهاد با تأمين نيازهاي اجتماعي افراد جامعه، از بروز نارضايتي و ناامني اجتماعي جلوگيري خواهد كرد. همچنين، با حمايت از افراد آسيب‌پذير جامعه، به تقويت پيوندهاي اجتماعي و ايجاد انسجام اجتماعي كمك شاياني خواهد نمود.صراحت برقراري عدالت اجتماعي، عدالت اقتصادي و حمايت هاي مردمي در حكومت حضرت مهدي عج در قرآن، متون و ثراياي ائمه هدي ع و بزرگان اهل سنت نيز ذكرشده است كه تاكيدي بر نقش موثر سازمان تأمين اجتماعي در حاكميت مهدوي دارد كه در اين تحقيق به اهم اين موارد اشاره‌شده است.

He is responsible for medical, marriage allowance, burial allowance.In Mahdavi s government, this institution will play an important role from both welfare and political perspectives. From a welfare point of view, the social security organization is responsible for providing the basic needs of the people in the society, such as providing health care, housing assistance, retirement, supporting vulnerable people in the society, such as retirees, female heads of households and orphaned children, working class families, and supporting employers. will be responsible.The explicit establishment of social justice, economic justice and popular support in the government of Hazrat Mahdi (AS) has been mentioned in the Quran, the texts and verses of Imam Hudaya (AS) and Sunni elders, which emphasizes the effective role of the social security organization in the Mahdawi rule, which in this research The most important of these cases have been mentioned.
