پداگوژي (تعليم و تربيت محتوايي) در سازمان هاي آمزشي معتبر و متعارف به عنوان روشي براي طراحي و تدريس محتواهاي آموزشي استفاده مي شود. اين مفهوم به منظور ايجاد روش هاي موثر در تدريس و يادگيري، با تأكيد بر فرآيندهاي ارتباطي بين معلم و دانش آموزان ارائه مي شود. استفاده از پداگوژي در سازمان هاي آموزشي منجر به توجه به نيازهاي آموزشي و تربيتي دانشآموزان، توسعه مهارتهاي مورد نياز و بهبود كيفيت فرآيند آموزش و پرورش مي شود. هدف اصلي پداگوژي (تعليم و تربيت محتوايي) در سازمان هاي آموزشي، تدريس و يادگيري موثر و كيفيت بالاي محتواهاي آموزشي است. روش پژوهش توصيفي و اسنادي يكي از روش هاي تحقيق در علوم انساني و علوم اجتماعي است كه به تفسير اسناد و مستنداتي كه درباره موضوع پژوهش وجود دارد، ميپردازد. با استفاده ازوشهاي پداگوژيك، تمركز بر نيازها و توانمنديهاي دانشآموزان قرار ميگيرد تا ارتباطي مفيد و نزديكتر بين معلم و دانشآموز برقرار شود. اين رويكرد باعث توسعهي مهارتها و بهبود فرآيند آموزش و پرورش ميشود.فرهنگ مهدويت نيز به عنوان يك مفهوم مذهبي و تعليمي در سازمان هاي آموزشي مطرح است. اين مفهوم بر اعتقاد به ظهور امام مهدي و تأثير آن بر جهان تأكيد دارد. در سازمان هاي آموزشي، فرهنگ مهدويت ممكن است به منظور ايجاد ارتباط بين آموزش و ارزش هاي ديني و باورهاي ديني دانشآموزان مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. در نهايت، تركيب پداگوژي و فرهنگ مهدويت در سازمان هاي آموزشي هدفمندي روش هاي آموزش و پرورش به منظور توانمندسازي دانشآموزان جهت مواجهه با چالش هاي فردي و اجتماعي را به هدف دارد. با توجه به اين تركيب، محتواها به گونه اي طراحي مي شوند تا مفاهيم ديني و مهدويت به بهترين شكل به دانشآموزان منتقل شوند و در آموزش و پرورش بهبود و توسعه پيدا كنند.

The use of pedagogy in educational organizations leads to paying attention to the educational and training needs of students, developing the required skills and improving the quality of the education process. The main goal of pedagogy (content education) in educational organizations is effective teaching and learning and high quality of educational content. Descriptive and documentary research method is one of the research methods in humanities and social sciences that deals with the interpretation of the documents and documentations that exist about the subject of the research. By using pedagogical methods, the focus is placed on the needs and abilities of the students to establish a useful and closer relationship between the teacher and the student. This approach causes the development of skills and the improvement of the education process. Mahdaviat culture is also considered as a religious and educational concept in educational organizations. This concept emphasizes the belief in the emergence of Imam Mahdi and its influence on the world. In educational organizations, the culture of Mahdism may be used to establish a connection between education and religious values and religious beliefs of students. Finally, the combination of pedagogy and Mahdavi culture in educational organizations aims at the purposefulness of education methods in order to empower students to face individual and social challenges. According to this combination, the contents are designed in such a way that the concepts of religion and Mahdism are conveyed to the students in the best way and they improve and develop in education.
