The role of social policies on the spread of ethics in society with the inspiration of verses and traditions

گسترش و ترويج اخلاق متعالي در جامعه از جمله تعهدات اصلي نظام هاي اسلامي خصوصاً در تمدن اسلامي است. اين امر همچنين از مهمترين چالش هاي پيش روي حكومت هاي اسلامي است. سياستگذاريهاي اجتماعي با ايجاد فرصت ها و سازوكارهاي رفاه اقتصادي،اجتماعي و فرهنگي در اخلاقمدار كردن افراد جامعه تأثير مستقيم دارد. مفاد شماري از آيات و روايات بر اشاعه اخلاق توسط سياستگذاري هاي اجتماعي تأكيد دارد. هر چند دربارهي توأمان بودن سياست با اخلاق و دين سخن هاي بسياري گفته شده است اما بيان چگونگي نقش آفريني سياست گذاري هاي اجتماعي در اين زمينه كمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي- تحليلي مي كوشد تا مهمترين اين سياست ها را به بحث نشيند. نتيجه پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه سياست گذاري هاي كارآمد در زمينه فقر زدايي،گسترش دانش و سواد آموزي، معماري اسلامي و اشتغال زايي از جمله ي مهم ترين موارد موثر بر اشاعه ي اخلاق است.

Spreading and promoting noble ethics in society is one of the main obligations of Islamic systems, especially in Islamic civilization. This is also one of the most important challenges facing Islamic governments. Social policies by creating opportunities and mechanisms for economic, social and cultural welfare have a direct effect on moralizing people in the society. The contents of a number of verses and traditions emphasize the spread of ethics through social policies. Although many words have been said about the twinning of politics with ethics and religion, but the expression of how social policies play a role in this field has received less attention. This research tries to discuss the most important of these policies with a descriptive-analytical method. The result of the research shows that efficient policies in the field of poverty alleviation, expansion of knowledge and literacy, Islamic architecture and job creation are among the most important things that affect the spread of ethics.
