جايگاه علم در حفاظت از محيط زيست در تمدن نوين اسلامي

The place of science in environmental protection in modern Islamic civilization

مقاله حاضر به جايگاه علم در حفاظت از محيط زيست ديدگاه اسلامي و تمدن نوين اسلامي را بيان مي كند و به مقايسه تفكر اسلامي و نظريه هاي نوين علمي درباره حفاظت و پايداري پرداخته است. ابتدا تعريفي از تمدن نوين اسلامي با بهره گيري از آراء مقام معظم رهبري، جايگاه علم در اسلام (قران و روايات معصومين) و حفظ محيط زيست از ديدگاه اسلام و نظريه هاي غربي اكتفا شده است. پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد كه در حالي كه نظريه هاي غربي، حفاظت محيط زيست را واكنشي به نيروهاي خارجي و دستيابي به منافع خاص مورد تاكيد قرار دادند، اسلام حفاظت محيط زيست را تنها راه حفظ تعادل حيات مي داند. محققان مسلمان نسبت به محققان غربي سهم ناچيزي در بحث و بررسي موضوع محيط زيست دارند. اين محققان، عمدتا، جنبه هاي اخلاقي و تجويزي حفظ محيط زيست را مورد توجه قرار دادند و مطالعات محدودي وجود دارد كه به صورت نظاممند، به محيط زيست و ابعاد گوناگون آن پرداخته باشند و حتي همين مطالعات اندك راهكارهاي عملي و ابزارهايي كه بتواند امنيت محيط زيستي را تضمين كند ارائه نكردند. رويكرد اسلامي، دلالت هاي سياستي صريحي براي هر دولت اسلامي در عصر مدرن و تمدن نوين اسلامي دارد و دولت مي تواند يك سياست محيط زيستي مبني بر ايجاد دغدغه عمومي طراحي كند تا شرايط مطلوبي براي حيات اجتماعي اسلامي ايجاد شود.

The present article describes the position of science in environmental protection from the Islamic point of view and modern Islamic civilization, and compares Islamic thinking and modern scientific theories about protection and sustainability. First, a definition of the modern Islamic civilization using the opinions of the Supreme Leader, the place of science in Islam (the Qur an and the traditions of the infallible) and the preservation of the environment from the perspective of Islam and western theories is sufficient. The current research shows that while Western theories emphasized environmental protection as a reaction to external forces and achieving special interests, Islam considers environmental protection the only way to maintain the balance of life. Compared to Western researchers, Muslim researchers have a small contribution to the discussion and investigation of the issue of environment. These researchers mainly paid attention to the ethical and prescriptive aspects of protecting the environment and there are limited studies that have systematically dealt with the environment and its various dimensions and even these few studies provide practical solutions and tools that can ensure security. They did not provide environmental protection. The Islamic approach has clear political implications for any Islamic state in the modern era and modern Islamic civilization, and the state can design an environmental policy based on public concern to create favorable conditions for Islamic social life.
