تمدن نوين اسلامي جلوه جديدي از تمدن كه ضمن حفظ مباني و اصول اسلامي، در عصر مدرن و متناسب با نيازهاي جديد بشري شكل گيرد. از ديدگاه امام خميني (ره)، تمدن اسلامي، بهعنوان يك تمدن اصيل و پويا است كه از متن اسلام ناب و آموزههاي مبتني بر فطرت و غايت زيست بشري نشاتگرفته است. محور و ستون فقرات تمدن نوين اسلامي بر جهت دهي توحيدي و معنوي آن توسط مديران قرار گرفته است، مديران و كارگزاران تمدن نوين اسلامي بايد به وجوه عيني، مظاهر و تجليات مادي و معنوي تمدن نوين اسلامي توجه و تأكيد فراواني كرده و به هدف نهايي تمدن اسلامي، سعادت حقيقي بشريت در سايه بهسازي دنيا و آخرت توجه كنند. از مهمترين مباحث در حوزه بينش و نگرش كارگزاران، مبحث ايمان و توحيدو وعده الهي، واگذاري امور به خداوند و خود سازي وپرهيزگاري است از ديگر ويژگي هاي اخلاقي مديران سعه صدر، امانت داري ، بصيرت،مردم داري، نرمخويي، اخلاق مداري، دوري از خودكامگي، توانايي علمي و جسمي، تخصص گرايي، عدالت طلبي، عقلانيت و... است كه توجه به آنها در تمدن نوين اسلامي براي كارگزاران ضروري است.
