هدف از تحقيق حاضر تشريح نقش آفريني بسيج در حكمراني متعالي جهاني، از محله اسلامي تا تمدن اسلامي با خط سير انقلاب اسلامي مي باشد. دغدغه اصلي اين مطالعه صورتبندي شاخص هاي تمدن ساز بسيج و حكمراني متعالي در كلام بنيانگذار كبير انقلاب اسلامي امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظم رهبري مي باشد. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله توصيفي ـ تحليلي و متمركز بر بيانات امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظم رهبري و از نوع اسنادي است. بررسي هاي توصيفي ـ تحليلي در اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد نقش محوري بسيج مساجد و محلات به عنوان كانون و مراكز ثقل و محوري در جهت حل مسائل و چالس هاي اساسي به عنوان حلقه هاي راهبردي نظام انقلاب اسلامي كه مورد تاكيد و تاييد مقام معظم رهبري در گام دوم انقلاب است، بايد بيش از پيش مورد توجه قرار گيرد. بر همين اساس با رويكرد سيرتحولي و ظرفيت هاي عظيم در پايگاه هاي مقاومت بسيج مساجد و محلات در سرتاسر كشور با بكارگيري تمامي امكانات و ظرفيت هاي بالقوه و بالفعل دستگاه هاي اجرايي، حوزه هاي مقاومت بسيج مساجد و محلات مي بايست تلاش شود تا با تربيت ميليون ها بسيجي براي اساس شاخص هاي تمدن ساز در كلام امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظم رهبري زمينه را براي تجلي حكمراني متعالي جهاني، از محله اسلامي تا تمدن اسلامي با رويكرد خط سير انقلاب اسلامي فراهم كرد.

The purpose of the current research is to describe the role of Basij in global supreme governance, from the Islamic neighborhood to the Islamic civilization along the path of the Islamic Revolution. The main concern of this study is the formulation of Basij s civilizational indicators and supreme governance in the words of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Supreme Leader. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and focused on the statements of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the position of the supreme leader and is of documentary type. Descriptive-analytical investigations in this study show the pivotal role of mobilizing mosques and neighborhoods as focal points and centers of gravity in solving fundamental problems and challenges as strategic links of the Islamic Revolution system, which was emphasized and approved by the Supreme Leader in The second step is the revolution, it should be given more attention. Accordingly, with the approach of transformation and huge capacities in the Basij resistance bases of mosques and neighborhoods across the country, by using all the potential and actual facilities and capacities of the executive bodies, the areas of resistance of the mobilization of mosques and neighborhoods should be tried to train millions Basij for the basis of the indicators of civilization in the words of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the supreme leader provided the ground for the manifestation of the supreme global governance, from the Islamic neighborhood to the Islamic civilization with the approach of the Islamic Revolution.
