چكيده فارسي :
ايمان به مهدويت و ظهور منجي وجه مشترك ميان اديان الهي است. در فرهنگ اسلامي ويژگي اصلي مهدي )عج( و آموزه مهدويت گسترش عدالت در جامعه بشري احقاق حق، حركت به سوي كمال حقيقي انسان و حق مداري است. با ظهور مهدي حكومت حق در تمام كره زمين برپا خواهد شد در جامعه اي مبتني بر قسط و عدل، يكي از زيباترين شاخص هاي ظهور ، عدالت اجتماعي است. مردم عصر ظهور آماده جهاد و فداكاري و تحقق عدالت هستند. در حكومت جهاني امام مهدي عليه السلام فريضه بزرگ امر به معروف و نهي از منكر به صورت گسترده به اجرا گذاشته مي شود . در حكومت مهدوي برخورد با مفسدان شيوه هاي گوناگون دارد از سويي با شيوه هاي فرهنگي و تعليم معارف و تحكيم عقايد و ايمان و از سويي ديگر با تامين نيازهاي مشروع و معقول زندگي. بزرگ ترين زخم پيكر جامعه بشري در طول تمام قرون و اعصار گذشته ظلم و ستم موجود در اجتماعات انساني بوده است . از برنامه هاي اصلي حضرت مهدي )عج( در حكومت خود ، گزينش نيروهاي شايسته و كارآمد است. از اهداف برجسته حكومت مهدوي حق مداري احياي حق و گسترش عدالت اجتماعي و ريشه كني ظلم و ستم است . تنها قوانيني كه مي تواند جامعه هاي سالم و قانون مدار پديد آورند قوانين الهي مي باشد كه نمونه اتم و اكمل آن ، قوانين حيات بخش اسلام است . در نظام حقوقي اسلام عدالت پايه و اساس را تشكيل مي دهد و همه قوانين و مقررات در جهت تحقق عدالت تشريع شدند . از جمله آرمان هاي امام مهدي )عج( ظلم ستيزي است و ويژگي بارز دولت مهدوي مبارزه با پليدي ها و فساد ، از بين بردن جهل و ناداني و گسترش علم و ايجاد دستگاه قضايي سالم و قاطع و مقتدر است.

Belief in Mahdism and the appearance of a savior is a common feature among divine religions. In Islamic culture, the main characteristic of Mahdi (AS) and the doctrine of Mahdism is the expansion of justice in human society, the realization of the right, the movement towards the true perfection of man and the rule of law. With the appearance of the Mahdi, the rule of truth will be established on the whole planet in a society based on installments and Justice is one of the most beautiful indicators of social justice. The people of the advent era are ready for jihad and sacrifice and realization of justice. In the world government of Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), the great duty of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil is widely implemented. In Mahdavi s government, there are different ways of dealing with corrupt people, on the one hand, with cultural methods and teaching knowledge and consolidating beliefs and faith, and on the other hand, with providing the legitimate and reasonable needs of life. The biggest wound in the body of the human society throughout the past centuries has been the oppression in human societies. One of the main plans of Hazrat Mahdi (AS) in his government is to select competent and efficient forces. One of the prominent goals of Mahdavi Haq Modari s government is to restore the right and expand social justice and eradicate oppression. The only laws that can create healthy and law-abiding societies are the divine laws, whose prime example is the life-giving laws of Islam. In the Islamic legal system, justice forms the foundation, and all laws and regulations were legislated for the realization of justice. Among the ideals of Imam Mahdi (AS) is anti-tyranny, and the distinguishing feature of the Mahdoi government is to fight against filth and corruption, eliminate ignorance and expand knowledge, and create a healthy, decisive and powerful judicial system.
