در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي ، مولفه هايي براي شكل گيري تمدن نوين اسلامي مطرح گرديده است . با شناخت اين مولفه ها مي توان برنامه ريزي و هدف گذاري صحيح براي مديريت كلان كشور را مد نظر داشت و بر اساس آن عمل كرد . در اين مقاله با بهره جستن از روش تحقيق تاريخي(the historical research method)تلاش شده است آشكار گردد، مولفه هاي شكل گيري تمدن نوين اسلامي در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي كدامند ؟ يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد كه رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب ، مولفه هايي مانند ؛ جهاد علمي ، روحيه انقلابي ومديريت جهادي ،تقويت اخلاق ومعنويت ،استفاده از ظرفيت هاي مطلوب طبيعي وانساني كشور ،اقتصاد مقاومتي ، گسترش عدالت و مبارزه با فساد،اميد وخوشبيني به آينده ،استفاده از تجربه هاي گذشته ،عزت ، حكمت و مصلحت در سياست خارجي و مقابله با ترويج سبك زندگي غربي را به عنوان زمينه ساز تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي مي دانند

new Islamic civilization have been proposed. By knowing these components, one can consider the correct planning and goal setting for the macro management of the country and act based on it. In this article, using the historical research method, it has been tried to reveal, what are the components of the formation of the new Islamic civilization in the declaration of the second step of the Islamic revolution? The findings of the current research show that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in the statement of the second step of the revolution, components such as; Scientific Jihad, revolutionary spirit and Jihadist management, strengthening morals and spirituality, using the country s desirable natural and human capacities, resistance economy, spreading justice and fighting corruption, hope and optimism for the future, using past experiences, honor, wisdom and expediency in foreign policy. And they consider countering the promotion of the western lifestyle as the basis for the realization of the new Islamic civilization.
