تبيين راهكارهاي قاطعيت در انديشه، گفتمان و عملكرد حاكميت اسلامي

Elaboration on the schemes for decisiveness in thought, discourse and action of Islamic government

قاطعيت و اتقان حاكميت در سه حوزه انديشه، گفتمان و عملكرد براي رسيدن جامعه به كمال اجتماعي از اهميت ويژهاي برخوردار است. راهكارهاي فردي و اجتماعي قاطعيت حاكميت اسلامي در اين سه حوزه بر اساس آموزههاي دين اسلام، دامنه وسيعي از تحقيقات و مطالعات را در برميگيرد. ولي پژوهش پيش روي، مقولاتي را كه رابطه اهم و تقريبا مستقيمي با قاطعيت و جديت داشته، مورد تبيين قرار داده است. جهانبيني، علم و مشورت حاكم جامعه اسلامي و خيرخواهي در دعوت به دين، در اتقان انديشه حاكميتي او موثر هستند و قاطعيت در گفتمان حاكم با امور عبادي همچون ترويج گفتمان عبادتمحور و قاطعيت در دعا قابل تقويت است. تقويت حاكميت گفتمان امر به معروف و نهي از منكر توسط حاكم اسلامي و نيز افراد شايسته منتخب ايشان، از مهمترين مسائل جامعه اسلامي است و چنانچه با جديت به كار گرفته شود، قاطعيت در گفتمان را تعالي ميبخشد. همچنين، حاكم جامعه اسلامي جهت تحقق قاطعيت در عرصه عمل ميبايست به خضوع و خشوع الهي، توكل، عمل به وعده و مسئوليتپذيري، استقامت در تبليغ دين، ترك گناه و ممانعت از انتصاب افراد ناشايست كه برخي جنبه فردي و برخي هم جنبه اجتماعي دارند، روي آورد. قاطعيت در بستر حاكميت، اهميت قابل توجهي دارد و حاكم اسلامي ميبايست بر راهكارهاي فردي و اجتماعي آن واقف و مسلط باشد تا اهداف موردنظر يك جامعه اسلامي تامين گردد. در اين پژوهش، گردآوري اطلاعات به شيوه كتابخانهاي ميباشد و با رويكرد توصيفي_تحليلي به تبيين دادهها پرداخته شده است.

Decisiveness and stabilization of the government in three fields of thought, discourse and action is of special importance for the society in order to reach its social perfection. Social and Individual schemes of decisiveness of Islamic government in these three fields, based on Islamic teachings, include a vast range of research and studies. But this research only elaborates on subjects which are the most important ones to and almost directly related to decisiveness and seriousness. The Islamic ruler s worldview, knowledge, consultation and his well-wishing in proselytizing for the religion are effective in the stabilization of his governmental thought. Also, the ruler s decisiveness in his discourse can be strengthened by devotional affairs such as propagating worship-oriented discourse and decisiveness in prayer. It is of the most important matters of Islamic society to have its ruler and also his capable chosen individuals strengthening the discourse of enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong, and if the matter is applied seriously, it would elevate divisiveness in the discourse. Also, the ruler of Islamic society must be humble to God, trust in God, be true to his promise, be responsible, be resolute in proselytizing for the religion, leave committing sins and do not appoint unworthy individuals to positions for private or social considerations. Decisiveness in government has significant importance and Islamic ruler must be proficient in individual and social schemes of it to provide ideal goals of an Islamic society. In this research, the information is gathered in library style and the data is elaborated in a descriptive-analytical approach.
