سيد عمادالدين نسيمي از شاعران عارف و صوفي قرن هشتم هجري قمري و از فرقه حروفيه است. نسيمي پس از نعيمي كه در رأس فرقه حروفيه قرار داشت، مشهورترين و پركارترين فرد اين فرقه به شمار مي رفت و از اين حيث مسئوليت شگرفي از نظر هدايت و نفوذ داشت. اگر سبك را پرتكرارترين ويژگي هر اثر بدانيم و آن را به سبك آن دوره و عصر تعميم دهيم، نسيمي را شاعري نمي‌دانند كه ويژگي‌هاي منحصر به فردي داشته باشد. اما از نظر كاربرد و بسامد صفات عرفاني در شعر، از شاعران نامدار پارسي‌گوي است. او با تبيين و تشريح انديشه‌هاي خود از طريق شعر و نظم، درحقيقت به ادبيات متعهد روي آورده و مانند بسياري از شاعران ديگر، نظرات خود را با شعر خود بيان و فرياد زده است. شعر فارسي او سرشار از مفاهيم و اصطلاحاتي است كه عرفان اسلامي به‌ويژه شعر حافظ، مولوي و سعدي و نيز انديشه‌هاي عرفان نظري از جمله ابن عربي را به ذهن متبادر مي‌كند. نسيمي به لطف شعر شاعران گذشته كه در مواردي صداي خود را بلند كرده است در واقع پيرو عرفاي اسلامي است. بيشتر سخنان او نور خداوند را در زمين منعكس و تجلي مي‌بخشد و دربارۀ وحدت وجود بحث مي‌كند.

Seyyed Imaduddin Nasimi is one of the mystical and Sufi poets of the 8th century AH and belongs to the Harufiya sect. Nasimi was considered the most famous and prolific person of this sect after Naimi, who was at the head of the Horufiya sect, and in this respect, he had a tremendous responsibility in terms of guidance and influence. If we consider the style as the most frequent characteristic of each work and generalize it to the style of that period and era, Nasimi is not considered a poet who has unique characteristics. But in terms of the use and frequency of mystical attributes in poetry, he is one of the famous Persian poets. By explaining and elucidating his thoughts through poems and poems, he has actually turned to committed literature and like many other poets, he has expressed and shouted his opinions with his poetry. His Persian poetry is full of concepts and terms that bring to mind Islamic mysticism, especially the poetry of Hafez, Molavi, and Saadi, as well as the ideas of theoretical mysticism, including Ibn Arabi. Nasimi is actually a follower of Islamic mystics, thanks to the poetry of past poets, who has raised his voice in some cases. Most of his words reflect and manifest God s light on earth and discuss the unity of existence.
