پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي جايگاه و نقش تربيتي معلم از منظر قرآن و روايات و مكتب شهيد سليماني ، قصد دارد به اين سوال كه، نقش تربيتي معلم ازمنظرقرآن و روايات و مكتب شهيد سليماني چه مي باشند پاسخ دهد ، روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش تاريخي- اسنادي است و اطلاعات به صورت توصيفي- تحليلي تجزيه شده اند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد اصولا اسلام درآيات و روايات به تربيت صحيح و همه جانبه اهتمام جدي وموثري دارد. با توجه به همين جايگاه تعليم و تربيت است كه هدف از بعثت پيامبران تعليم كتاب و حكمت و پرورش و تصفيه روح از ناخالصي ها معرفي شده است و در كلمات رسول الله (ص) آمده است (بالتعلم ارسلت)، (بعثت معلما)، (بعثت لا تمم مكارم الاخلاق) كه اين جملات بيانگر آن است كه اسلام در زمينه تعليم و تربيت داراي مكتبي ممتاز، مستقل با مباني و اصولي مشخص و الهي است همچنين يكي از ويژگي‌هاي بارز شهيد سليماني كه به‌حق‌ بايد‌ عنوان‌ «مدرسه» و «مكتب» بـر آن بـگذاريم، اين است كه ايشان از يك‌سو‌ نماد‌ تـربيت بـا رويكردي جهادي و جهان‌شمول و از سوي ديگر، آينه تمام‌نماي ساير الگوها و چهارچوب‌هاي تربيت جهادي در‌ معرض‌ ديد‌ مخاطبان بود. همين زمينه‌ساز گرايش ديگران به مكتب ايشان بود.

The present study aims to investigate the educational role of the teacher from the perspective of the Qur an and traditions and the school of Martyr Soleimani. It is a document and the information is analyzed in a descriptive-analytical way. The results of the research showed that Islam, in its verses and traditions, pays serious and effective attention to correct and all-round education. With regard to this position of education and training, the purpose of sending prophets is to teach the book and wisdom, and to cultivate and purify the soul from impurities, and it is stated in the words of the Messenger of God (PBUH) Ba ath La Tammam Makarem Al-Akhlaq) which these sentences show that Islam has a distinguished, independent school in the field of education with clear and divine foundations and principles, as well as one of the distinctive characteristics of Martyr Soleimani, which should rightly be called school and school . Let s put it this way, on the one hand, he was a symbol of education with a jihadi and universal approach, and on the other hand, he was a full-view mirror of other models and frameworks of jihadi education exposed to the audience. This was the basis for the tendency of others to his school.
