چكيده فارسي :
Nowadays, polyurethane bioadhesives are a common material for skin wound closure. In this study, the polyurethane bioadhesive was synthesized based on Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and castor oil (CO). The chemical structure of the prepared bioadhesive was studied by FTIR analysis, and the adhesion strength of the sample was examined by the tensile shear test. The cell toxicity of the prepared sample was investigated by the MTT test.
