Recently, a new method based on direct printing of polymer solutions has been reported, which has advantages such as being cheap, printing a wide range of polymers and being controllable with wide parameters. In this method, the polymer solution is printed in the nonsolvent bath and forms a deposit in situ. In this work, for the first time, by using immersion precipitation 3D printing method, a process window is proposed for printing PLA solution in ethanol nonsolvent. In the printability map of PLA solution, it was found that the concentration of 15 wt% PLA and the flow rate of 0.1 mg/s with a printing speed of 1 mm/s brings the best accuracy of printing.
