The purpose of this study is to prepare high filled metal ABS (Acrylonitrile - Butadiene - Styrene) filaments for use in 3D printing and to study their rheological properties. For this purpose, mixtures of ABS and copper powder with 20, 40, 60 and 80% wt. were prepared by melt mixing method. These compounds were converted to 3D printing filaments by a single-screw extruder. First of all, the printing conditions of these filaments were determined and their rheological properties were evaluated. By increasing the amount of Cu powder, the elastic properties of samples increased and the distance between G and G cross overs in the dynamic rheology test shows a decrease. In the rotational rheology test, an decrease in zero viscosity and an increase in shear thinning phenomena was seen with Cu powder %wt. increasing. also, samples with 80%wt. Cu show two shear thinning area because of extra presence of Cu powders and facilitating of chains movements that acts similar to PB particles in Acrylonitrile Styren matrix.
