In the present study, platelet-rich plasma was placed in the polylactic acid (PLA)/alginate (Alg) polymer composite and electrospun using a two-nozzle machine. SEM images and FT-IR spectra were used to investigate the morphological properties and the successful combination of polymers and PRP. Electrospinning results showed that PLA/PRP/Alg containing nanofibers increased from 1% to 3% PRP, the average diameter of nanofibers increased from 207 nm to 259 nm. The results of the stress-strain diagram showed that with the increase in PRP percentage, the strength and length of the samples increase.
