Transparent conductive electrodes are one of the essential components for the optoelectronic devices. Indium-tin oxide (ITO) is the most common transparent electrode in these devices due to its excellent optical and electrical properties. However, expensive and difficult maniufacturing process of ITO comlicate the the application domain. Our ongoing research, we introduce fabrication path to prepare a transparent electrode based on Polyvinyl butyral (PVP) and Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) nanocomposite using Spin coating method. The obtained films exhibited low sheet resistance and transparency ranges depending on composition up to of %80 with % 1.5 percent of loaded cargo. The onbtained results specify that the fabricated nanocomposite films re of potential to be use in photovoltaic devices as a substitute for ITO.
