Modification of pencil graphite electrode by sulfounated polyaniline for determination of dopamine

In the study the pencil graphit electrode was modified by polyaniline-sulfonated polyaniline (Pan/PMAS) using electrochemical method and the modified electrode was then used for qantitative determination of dopamine.In this investigation cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used. The sensitivity of dopamine measurement is significantly enhanced at the modified electrode.
