In this paper, poly(ethylene glycol)-block-polystyrene (PEG-b-PS) was synthesis with atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) method, and were used as shell of microbubbles with perfluorohexane (PFH) core. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy were used to indentify the copolymer functional groups and optical microscopy were used to investigate morphology of microbubbles and phase change prosess. The results showed that the synthesis of the copolymer was successful, and prepared microbubbles had spherical shape and respond to temperature.
