In this study, star-shaped polyurethane (star-PU) was synthesized using three-arms polycaprolactone, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), and 1,4 butanediol (BDO). Various characteristics, including chemical, mechanical, and shape memory properties of this polyurethan, were investigated. The shape memory test results show that the prepared star polyurethane has greater shape memory properties.
