In the last few years, graphene quantum dots (GQDs) have attracted the attention of many research groups for their outstanding properties, which include low toxicity, chemical stability, and photoluminescence. This study investigates the dispersion behavior and stability of graphene oxide-based inks. The effect of graphene quantom dots additon was analyzed in different samples by studying absorbance parameters, zeta potential, etc. The stability of graphene oxide dispersion at pH of 10 was very efficient. It was shown that the graphene oxide sample with the highest ratio of graphene quantum dot had the most stability and can extend for scalable liquid-phase processing of conductive GO inks to develop printed flexible electronics. X-ray diffraction tests, Ultraviolet-Visible and Photoluminescence Spectroscopy, evaluated this ink s optical and structural properties.
