Today, stimuli-responsive macromolecules especially liquid crystalline elastomers (LCEs) are used in a wide variety of applications. The focus of this research is to investigate the effect of crosslinker content on glass transition temperature (Tg) and crystallinity of the synthesized LCEs. The FTIR results showed that the polymerization reaction is carried out by reducing the carbon-sulfur groups at 2580 cm-1. Moreover, the DSC thermograms exhibited an increase of Tg by increasing the crosslinker content up to 75 wt. %. The similar trend is happened for crystallinity of the samples due to the absence of aliphatic spacer, leading to decrease the efficiency of crosslinker for crystals formation in the LCEs.
