Acoustophoresis-based particle manipulation has gained increasing attention in recent years. Despite the fact that experimental studies have been extensively performed to demonstrate this technique for various applications, numerical simulation of acoustophoresis driven by bulk acoustic waves (BAW) has still been largely unexplored. In this work, a numerical model taking into account the acoustic simulate the generation of a standing bulk acoustic wave (SBAW) field and predict the acoustic pressure field in the liquid. also, in an experimental work, the movement of glass beads particles due to the SBAW field was investigated, which confirmed the numerical simulation results.
