Fillers are usually used in 3D printing resins to improve their properties. In this study a new class of filler was prepared based on polyurethane foams and then modified by acrilic acid. The chemical structure and the successful modification of filler was evidenced by FTIR while SEM was used to study the morphology of fillers. Sedimentation test was used to investigate the stability of fillers in resin. Finally prepared resin was examined using 3D printer in order evaluate its application.
