New gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) prepared based on blends PVDF/synthesized organic-inorganic nanoparticles (SiO2-PMMA and SiO2–P (MMA-co-UPy)) via phase inversion method. The porosity, electrolyte uptake, and electrochemical performance of the membranes were studied. The results demonstrated that the incorporation of organic-inorganic nanoparticles can increase the porosity, electrolyte uptake, and ionic conductivity.
