چكيده فارسي :
Conjugation of tyrosine groups in the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as a catalyst have formed in situ-forming, injectable, enzymatically crosslinked hydrogels. In the current study, we have synthesized the injectable hybrid hydrogel comprising silk fibroin (SF) and chondroitin sulfate (CS) through the di-tyrosine formation bond of SF chains. altering the chondroitin sulfate concentrations (i.e. 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 wt.%) which are interpenetrated between silk fibroin β-sheets and chains potentially adjusts the physical, chemical, and mechanical features of these hybrid hydrogels. The results showed the addition of 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, and 2 wt. % CS to SF could increase the compression strength of the SF/CS hybrid hydrogels along with the increase in porosity.
