Polyurethane bioadhesives have recently been used by scientists in wound closure applications. In this research, polyurethane bioadhesives were prepared based on caster oil (CO), chitosan, and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). The chemical structure of bioadhesives was perused by FTIR analysis, and adhesion strength was studied by the tensile shear test. Also, the toxicity of the prepared samples was investigated.
