In this research, using polyamide-6 (PA-6,6), three important parameters of the electrospinning process, including polymer solution concentration, voltage and electrospinning distance, were precisely studied and influences of these parameters on the morphology of nanofibrous mats were investigated. Taguchi method was utilized to design the experiments at the settings of these three parameters. The surface morphology of the samples was examined using SEM and microstructure measurement. The results showed that the concentration has the greatest effect on the diameter of the fibers as well as the smallest and the most uniform diameter of PA-6,6 nanofibers were obtained in the first and the last level of the Taguchi design, respectively.
