Transparent films heater are used in various applications. Today, the demand for silver nanowire(AgnW)-based coatings for use in transparent film heaters has increased. In order to increase the thermal stability and increase the conductivity of the transparent thermal film based on silver nanowires, we add a conductive coating layer of poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) polymer with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) solvent and carbon nanotube oxide(OMWCNT) at various oxidation process condition. Carbon nanotubes that had been oxidized at two different times of 24 hours(OMWCNT-24h) and 48 hours(OMWCNT-48h). We added 5%Wt of DMSO solvent and 0-2%Wt of OMWCNT-24h and OMWCNT-48h to the polymer matrix. Using the figure of merit (FOMH) parameter, the optimal concentration of carbon nanotube oxide in the polymer system was 1Wt% for each of them. By adding a polymer coating with an optimal concentration of OMWCNT-24h and OMWCNT-48h, the thermal stability of the synthesized silver nanowire film was improved from 6 minutes to 3 minutes for OMWNCT-24h. FOMH ΦTC =5.56×10-4 for AgNWs/PEDOT: PSS to ΦTC = 1.62×10-3for AgNWs/PEDOT: PSS/DMSO/OMWCNT-24h transparent film heater and also, for AgNWs/PEDOT: PSS/DMSO/OMWCNT-48h reached ΦTC = 1.15×10-3
