In this study, wood flour-based polylactic acid (PLA/WF) composites were fabricated by 3D printing technology using Fused Deposition Modeling. Tensile properties and printability of filaments containing different WF content were investigated and the results showed that increasing WF content up to 5%wt increased the tensile strength but loading more WF decreased the tensile strength and reduced the quality of print. In addition, the tensile properties of the printed composites having different layer thickness showed that the lower the layer thickness, the higher the tensile properties.
