چكيده فارسي :
In the present study a ternary blend of polypropylene/ polycarbonate/ Styrene butadiene styrene, Styrene ethylene butylene styrene grafted with maleic anhydride (PP/PC/SBS, SEBS-g-MA) with the composition of (70/15/7.5,7.5) was prepared. Two types of nanoclay, Cloisite 20A (C20A) and Cloisite 30B (C30B) were employed to obtain the related nanocomposites. SEM results revealed that two separated dispersed phases morphology of PC and (SBS, SEBS-g-MA) droplets in PP matrix was achieved. TEM results confirmed that both types of nanoclay patricles preferred to be located mainly inside the PP matrix rather than interfaces and droplets. Rheological data implies that C20A increased the viscosity and modulus of the nano-filled blends more than C30B.
