The main objective of this study was to improve the graphene oxide (GO) biocompatibility via hybridization with tragacanth gum (TG). Raman results confirmed the hybridization of TG onto the GO sheets. The MTT assay demonstrated that TG-GO nanohybrid improved the biocompatibility to the cells compared to the pure GO
