شرح و تعليقات تازه بر ديباچۀ رسالۀ مفقودِ موسيقيِ انيس‌الأرواح

Further Annotations on the Preface of the Lost Musical Treatise Anīs al-Arwāh

موضوع مقالۀ حاضر يكي از مكتوبات عصر صفوي در باب موسيقي با عنوان انيس‌الأرواح، اثر قاضي‌بن كاشف‌الدين يزدي، از طبيبان و عالمان ديني آن روزگار است. متأسفانه، اصل رساله مفقود شده و فقط ۵ نسخۀ خطي هم‌خانواده از ديباچۀ آن به‌جا مانده است. اين ديباچۀ ۱۳۰۰ كلمه‌اي به نثر فنّيِ مسجع و متكلف، و با استخدام اسلوب ادبي رايج در آن دوره يعني بَراعتِ استهلال، نگاشته شده و مملو از اصطلاحات تخصصي علم ادوار و موسيقي‌ست كه از نظر تاريخ‌نگاري موسيقي قديم ايران و ادبيات آن حائز اهميت است. در اين پژوهش كه به روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با استفاده از مواد، اسناد و نسخ خطي كتابخانه‌اي انجام شده، ضمن بررسي و بازسنجي اطلاعات موجود دربارۀ هويت مؤلف و مخاطب آن، تاريخ تأليف اثر، و نسخه‌هاي موجود از آن، متن آن را بر اساس نسخۀ قديمي كتابخانۀ مجلس ارائه كرده‌ايم. همچنين هدف اصلي تحقيق، اصلاح و تكميل تعليقاتي است كه نيم‌سده پيش، احمد گلچين معاني در شرح خود بر ديباچۀ انيس‌الأرواح عرضه كرده است. براي اين كار شواهد متني و تصويري دالّ بر استفادۀ اصطلاحي از اين الفاظ را گرد آورده‌ايم كه در نهايت، شمار آنها را به ۱۵۰ مورد مي‌رساند. از يافته‌هاي پژوهش دست‌كم ۱۵ مورد از اصطلاحات موسيقايي است كه در تحقيق مفصل قبلي ذكر نشده، و تعدادي از آنها عناوين تصانيف مشهور موسيقي در آن دوره‌اند. شمار چشمگيري از آثار از ساخته‌هاي عبدالقادر مراغي و يا منسوب به او هستند كه خود نشانگر جايگاه برجستۀ اين موسيقي‌دان بزرگ دورۀ تيموري و شهرت تصانيف او، حتي نزد علماي دين از قبيل قاضي‌بن كاشف‌الدين، است كه البته پيداست آشنايي خوبي با موسيقي داشته است.

The subject of the present paper is one of the Safavid era s writings on music, titled Anis al-Arwah, by Qazi Ibn Kashif al-Din Yazdi, one of the physicians and religious scholars of that time. Unfortunately, the original treatise is lost, and only five manuscripts of its preface from the same lineage remain. Employing the literary fashion typical in that period, i.e. Brilliance of Initiation, this 1,300-word preface is written in technical prose that is eloquent, elaborate and rich in specialized terms of the science of music (Adwar). These are essential from the perspective of the historiography of ancient Persian music and its literature. This research is carried out by descriptive-analytical method, using library materials, documents and manuscripts. While examining and re-evaluating the known information about the author s identity and audience, the date of authorship of the work, and the available copies of it, we have provided its text based on the older version of the Majlis library. Also, the primary purpose of the research is to correct and conclude the annotations that Ahmad Golchin Ma ani presented half a century ago in his commentary on the preface of Anis al-Arwah. For this purpose, we have collected textual and visual evidence indicating the terminological use of these words and phrases, which finally brings their number to 150. Among the research findings are at least 15 musical terms not mentioned in the previous detailed research, and some of them are the titles of famous musical compositions in that period. Many of these works are composed by Abd al-Qadir Maraghi or attributed to him. It reveals the prominent position of this great Timurid musician and the fame of his works, even among religious scholars such as Qazi Ibn Kashif al-Din, who had sufficient acquaintance with music.
