آينده‌پژوهي هنجاري در آموزش عالي صنايع‌دستي با ايدۀ توسعۀ پايدار (دوره كارشناسي

Normative Futurology in the Higher Education of Handicrafts Conceptualizing Sustainable Development (B.A.)

هدف از اين مطالعه، بررسي وضعيت موجود آموزش براي توسعۀ پايدار در آموزش عالي صنايع‌دستي، با رويكرد آينده‌پژوهي است. گفتمان توسعه پايدار، با هدف حفظ و صيانت از منابع طبيعي زيست ‌كره زمين و منابع فرهنگي و اجتماعي به ‌جا ‌مانده از نسل‌هاي گذشته، براي استفاده نسل‌هاي آينده، مطرح و به يكي از گفتمان‌هاي رايج جهان امروز با رويكرد آينده‌پژوهي هنجاري مبدل شده است. همچنين در راستاي نهادينه شدن اين گفتمان، ايده آموزش براي توسعۀ پايدار به‌ عنوان يك آينده ‌مطلوب در دستور كار آموزش عالي در سطح جهاني قرار گرفته است. از جمله اقدامات انجام شده با هدف برقراري توسعۀ پايدار در جهان، مي‌توان به روي‌آوري به صنايع‌دستي به‌ عنوان يكي از راهكارهاي حل چالش‌هاي پايداري، اشاره كرد كه امروزه، در صدر مطالعات اين حوزه قرار دارد. با توجه به نقش آموزش در ترويج ايده توسعۀ پايدار و نقشي كه آموزش عالي به‌ عنوان متولي آموزش صنايع‌دستي به ‌عهده دارد، در اين مقاله، شناسايي استعدادها و امكانات آموزشي اين رشته در مقطع كارشناسي با رويكرد آموزش براي توسعۀ پايدار مدنظر است. نوع تحقيق بر اساس هدف كاربردي، روش پژوهش تحليل مضمون، ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه با خبرگان آموزش حوزه صنايع‌دستي است. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه اركان آموزشي صنايع‌دستي در مؤلفه‌هاي نگرش سيستمي، نگرش اخلاق‌مدارانه، محتواي سواد پايداري، نقش پداگوژيك استاد، خلاقيت، كيفيت كارگاهي آموزش، كيفيت پروژه‌اي (مسئله‌محوري)، همكاري بين‌رشته‌اي، بومي‌گرايي و ديزاين در اين رشته داراي زمينه‌هاي مناسبي براي دستيابي به الگوي آموزش براي توسعۀ پايدار تشخيص داده شده است، در نتيجه مي‌توان گفت، براي بهره‌برداري نسل‌هاي آينده از ميراث فرهنگي ملموس و ناملموس صنايع‌دستي و تحقق پايداري در اين حوزه، انجام برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي براي تربيت نسل امروز دانشجويان اين رشته نقش اساسي به ‌عهده دارد و به‌ نظر مي‌رسد از اين طريق مي‌توان به تحقق آينده مطلوب پايدار، در حوزه فرهنگي ميراثي و فرهنگ زندگي معاصر اميد بست.

The present study aims to investigate the current state of education for sustainable development in higher education of handicrafts with a futuristic approach. Discussions on sustainable development are posed with a view to conservation of Earth’s natural, cultural and social resources leftover from the past generations for the use of future generations; these discussions have become one of the most common discourses with a normative futuristic approach. Furthermore in order to institutionalize the discussions, the idea of education for sustainable development as a desirable future has been on the agenda of higher education globally. Among the measures taken with the aim of establishing sustainable development, we can refer to handicrafts as one of the solutions to sustainability challenges which is at the forefront of studies in this area today. Given the role of education in promoting the idea of sustainable development as well as the role of higher education as a trustee of handicrafts education, this article is intended to identify the talents and educational facilities of this field at the undergraduate level with the approach of education for sustainable development. The research type is based on applied purpose, the research method adopted is content analysis and the search tool is interviews with experts in the field of handicrafts education. The findings show that the educational elements in handicrafts have been identified as proper grounds for achieving a training model for sustainable development in the components of systematic attitude, ethical attitude, sustainability literacy content, pedagogical role of the teacher, creativity, quality of training workshop, quality of projects (issue-centeredness), interdisciplinary cooperation, localism and design. So it could be concluded that educational planning for today’s generation in this field plays a key role in exploitation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage of handicrafts and realization of sustainability in this area. It seems that by adopting this method one can hope for realization of a favorable and sustainable future in fields of cultural heritage and temporary life culture.
