The Efficiency of Artistic Future Studies in Effectiveness of Culture and Art for Sustainable Development

جوامع بشري به مدد نيروي تفكر و تجربه در حال توسعه‌اند و رابطه ميزان رشد علمي كشورها با توسعۀ آنها نشان‌دهندۀ اهميت دانش و پژوهش در سرنوشت كشورهاست. توسعه‌يافتگي مرهون رشد علمي كشورها بوده و دانش، منبع اصلي تغذيه اقتصاد، فرهنگ و سياست است. هنر و فرهنگ از زيربناهاي توسعۀ پايدار به ‌شمار مي‌روند و اين مسئله ناشي از تأثيرات عميق آن بر قلمروهاي صنعت، اقتصاد، سياست و محيط‌زيست است. اين مقاله از نوع كيفي بوده و به‌روش توصيفي-تحليلي در صدد تبيين نقش رويكرد آينده‌پژوهي در مطالعات هنري و اثربخشي آن در توسعۀ پايدار است. مطالعات آينده‌پژوهانه بايد روند تداوم فرهنگ و هنر و فوايد اقتصادي آن ‌را بررسي كند، تا به درك درستي از نقش هنر در توسعۀ پايدار دست يابد. توسعۀ فرهنگي عامل حركت به ‌سمت توسعۀ پايدار است و هنر و فرهنگ ابزارهاي معنوي و مادي آن‌ است. بررسي‌هاي انجام شده نشان داد كه هنر و فرهنگ جزو حوزه‌هاي پويا و مؤثر بر توسعۀ پايدار هستند. صنايع فرهنگي، هويت‌بخش جامعه‌اند و براي ايجاد انگيزش عمومي اجتماعي در جهت نيل به ‌سمت توسعه، ضرورت دارند. با توجه به پيوند عميق هنر با ساختار فكري، معنوي، هويتي و آرماني جامعه، شناسايي و تبيين جايگاه هنر در توسعه به‌ شكل عام و توسعۀ پايدار به‌طور خاص، مستلزم مطالعۀ ميان‌رشته‌اي بين هنر و ساير حوزه‌ها و روابط متقابل آنها و برهم‌كنش ميان آنها است. توسعۀ پايدار مفهوم و آرماني رو به حركت است و مطالعات مربوط به آن نيز بايد معطوف به آينده و شناسايي مسيرها و معرفي تهديدها و موانع باشد. آينده‌پژوهي در هنر نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نبوده و تقويت جايگاه هنر در توسعۀ پايدار مستلزم پژوهش‌هاي ميان‌رشته‌اي آينده‌محور است. اين نوع پژوهش‌ها تغييرات و تحولات رفتار هنر را در مواجهه با اقتصاد، فرهنگ، سياست و ديگر حوزه‌هاي اجتماعي پيش‌بيني كرده و نقش كاركردگرايانه آن را تبيين مي‌كنند.

Human societies are developing with the help of the power of thought and experience, and the relation between countries’ scientific growth and their development is an indication of the importance of science and research in their destiny. Development takes place as a result of countries’ scientific growth; and science is the main source for economy, culture and policy nourish. Art and culture are regarded the foundations of sustainable development and this is due to their deep influence on industry, economy, policy and environment domains. This study is qualitative and attempts to explain the role of futurology approach in art studies and its effectiveness in sustainable development by adopting a descriptive-analytic method. Futuristic studies ought to investigate the continuity process of art and culture and their economic benefits so as to reach an accurate perception of the role of art in sustainable development. Cultural development is the factor of progressing towards sustainable development and art and culture are the material and mental mediums. The investigations show that art and culture are among the dynamic and effective areas of sustainable development. Cultural Industries endow identity to the societies and are essential in creating social public motivation towards achieving development. Considering the deep connection between art and the intellectual, spiritual, identity and idealistic structure of society, identification and explanation of the position of art in development in general and sustainable development in particular depends upon interdisciplinary study of art and other disciplines and their mutual relations and interactions. Sustainable development is a forward-moving concept and goal, and the studies related to it should attribute to the future, identification of the ways and introduction of threats and obstacles. Future studies of art are not exempt from this rule, and reinforcement of the position of art in sustainable development requires interdisciplinary future-oriented studies. These types of research predict the changes in art practices in confronting with economy, culture, policy and other social areas and explain its functional role.
